About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle and help build scalable people programs as we grow. This role is a mix of hands-on HR operations and thoughtful support for managers and employees. You’ll play a key part in maintaining compliance, improving processes, and fostering a positive, high-performing workplace.
Responsibilities
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, promotions, and off-boarding.
- Coordinate terminations, exit interviews, equipment returns, and partner with Finance.
- Partner with recruiting to support hiring and job description development.
- Support new hire onboarding and benefits set up.
- Be aware of company policies, employee handbooks, and compliance materials, including defense-industry requirements.
- Support and guide managers on performance improvement plans, and coaching to ensure consistency and fairness.
- Administer and continuously improve the performance review process (experience with Lattice highly preferred).
- Develop and implement promotion frameworks and career growth paths.
- Assist with benchmarking and compensation analysis.
Requirements
- 4-7 years in HR, People Operations, or similar roles.
- Experience in a start up or a fast growing organization.
- Experienced with Insperity or other PEO platforms and performance management tools.
- Experience with Lattice is highly preferred.
- Experience with compensation benchmarking, career growth paths, and team leveling.
- Excellent communicator, confident handling sensitive situations with professionalism.
Compensation
- Salary ($100,000 - $120,000) + Equity
- Salary is determined by the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
