Job Description:

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love helping people through meaningful legal work, then the Case Intake and Records Coordinator role is for you. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through the early stages of their personal injury cases with care and precision. Your ability to stay organized, follow up proactively, and communicate clearly will make a real difference in their journey. This is a role for someone who enjoys solving problems, staying on top of deadlines, and being a steady, reliable presence for both clients and the legal team.

Monthly Compensation: 1,220 to 1,320 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer high volumes of client phone calls with professionalism  

  • Track deadlines, especially for document requests

  • Request and organize medical records and other documents  

  • Manage cases from intake through demand preparation  

  • Follow up with clients and courts to ensure case progress

  • Maintain and update client files in a structured, accessible manner  

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience in personal injury law preferred  

  • Ability to manage multiple cases and tasks simultaneously  

  • Spanish language skills preferred but not required
