Brooks Services is seeking a professional and customer-focused Virtual Chat Support Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will assist customers through live chat, providing timely, accurate, and friendly support. This is a non-phone position ideal for individuals with strong typing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries through live chat and messaging platforms
Provide clear and accurate information about Brooks Services’ products, services, and policies
Assist customers with account questions, troubleshooting, and general support
Document customer interactions and update records in our CRM system
Escalate issues requiring advanced support to the appropriate departments
Maintain professionalism and adhere to Brooks Services’ communication standards
Manage multiple chats simultaneously while ensuring attention to detail
Deliver excellent customer experiences and help maintain high satisfaction scores
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior chat support or customer service experience preferred
Strong written communication and grammar skills
Fast and accurate typing abilities
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a remote environment
Familiarity with chat or helpdesk platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom) is a plus
