Our client, a fast-growing fintech startup, is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to lead the creation and execution of high-impact content that educates, engages, and drives growth. This is an ideal opportunity for a creative, data-driven strategist who thrives in early-stage, fast-paced environments and can translate complex fintech topics into compelling, audience-focused storytelling.
Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy and editorial calendar.
Write and repurpose engaging content across multiple channels, including blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, social media (especially LinkedIn), website copy, and gated assets.
Leverage automation tools and internal subject matter experts to produce high-quality, scalable content efficiently.
Create content end-to-end, including blog posts, white papers, webinars, event materials, and community engagement pieces.
Maintain and optimize the company's website and digital assets, ensuring brand consistency, SEO/AEO performance, and a strong user experience.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with broader business goals.
Use data analytics to evaluate content performance, uncover insights, and inform future content strategy.
Conduct market and competitive research to identify emerging trends, audience needs, and new content opportunities.
Define and track content marketing OKRs and performance metrics to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
Shape and refine the company's brand messaging and voice, ensuring consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
Support community engagement initiatives and thought leadership programs to build advocacy among clients and industry professionals.
Drive a full-funnel content strategy, ensuring seamless integration across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
Have 3 to 5 years of B2B content marketing experience, with at least 1+ year in a startup environment.
Bring experience in fintech, SaaS, or compliance-related industries.
Have proven expertise with website content (blogs, landing pages, gated assets), email marketing, and social media (particularly LinkedIn).
Are skilled in SEO/AEO measurement and leveraging data analysis for actionable content insights.
Have experience creating and managing full-funnel content that drives awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Are proficient with HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, and SEMrush, and have experience with Figma and Canva.
Excel in project management and thrive juggling multiple priorities in a high-growth environment.
Possess exceptional writing, research, and storytelling skills, with a keen understanding of audience segmentation.
Hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Communications, Business, or a related field.
