Full-Time | Remote
We're looking for someone who thrives in a behind-the-scenes operations role. You’ll be the go-to person for making sure our hard money loans close cleanly and our rental properties stay organized and running smoothly. This is a full-time role for someone who wants ownership, not micromanagement.
You’ll be supporting two key areas:
Loan Operations — Help us close loans by reviewing documents, entering payoff data, and managing borrower records.
Property Management — Be the first point of contact for tenants, coordinate repairs, and manage lease logistics in Buildium.
This job is for someone who’s detail-oriented, solid with systems, and a communication pro.
Responsibilities
Loan Operations (50%):
Review and finalize loan documents generated by our AI system
Handle borrower & attorney communication (confirmations, questions)
Enter and track payoff data
Send out mortgage releases, assignments, and related paperwork
Keep borrower profiles, records, and reports updated
Property Management (50%):
Manage all tenant communication (renewals, maintenance, questions)
Coordinate repairs with vendors and follow through until completion
Post leases, insurance, and other documents in Buildium
Track lease expirations, schedule renewals, and organize onboarding
Escalate issues to Neil or vendors when needed — no surprises
Requirements
Experience with property management or loan operations (doesn’t have to be both — we’ll train the right person)
Strong communication skills, especially via email and text
Comfortable managing details across multiple systems
Tech-friendly (Google Drive, CRM tools, Buildium or similar systems)
Self-starter who doesn’t need constant supervision
