Key Responsibilities

Calendar Management & Scheduling

  • Manage and maintain client social content calendars across platforms, ensuring all posts align with campaign strategy, key dates, and brand tone
  • Coordinate between creative, strategy, and client teams to ensure smooth content flow — from concepting and production to internal review and client approvals
  • Oversee scheduling and timely publishing of approved content through social media management tools, maintaining consistency and meeting deadlines

Community Management

  • Monitor and engage with audiences across client organic social accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
  • Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner
  • Build brand awareness through strategic proactive engagement on relevant accounts to ensure client's platforms are at the forefront of conversations to build community growth
  • Identify opportunities to further build client content around relevant and trending conversations

Creator Sourcing & Relationship Management

  • Research and identify potential content creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors
  • Maintain and update a Creator CRM to track partnerships, assets, and communication history
  • Assist in outreach and negotiation to onboard new creators for campaigns
  • Manage communication with creators, ensuring smooth coordination from campaign setup to execution
  • Ensure all campaign assets are properly categorized and stored for easy access

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital marketing
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Later, Hootsuite)
  • Experience using Google Drive, Notion, Asana, or similar organizational tools
  • Passion for digital marketing, trends, and community building
