Somewhere is a recruiting agency that sources worldwide talent for US and EU clients. We have over 150 employees and the company is growing fast - with over 50% year-over-year growth in both 2023 and 2024. The majority of our talent is sourced from Latin America, South Africa and the Philippines.

Scope of the Role 

As a Sales Representative, you will take inbound video conference calls with potential clients. You will assess their hiring needs, consult them on the ideal hiring plan, and close business. You will also engage in email follow-up to close business. We are looking for seasoned sales professionals who are exceptionally well-spoken and confident.
  
Duties and responsibilities:

  • Take inbound face-to-face video calls with potential clients
  • Follow up with potential clients via phone and email
  • Cold emailing new prospects to open relationships
  • Consult with business owners to advise on hiring strategy, region and budgets
  • Manage a pipeline of interested prospects and engage executives for the next steps.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Coming up with innovative ideas to continue growing the brand

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, both reading and spoken.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in recruitment sales.
  • Professional-level written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Typing speed of 50 words per minute or better.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Hubspot.
