Position: Sales Development Representative
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm US Central time
Pay Range: USD 1,500 per month
Company/Client Overview:
A US-based cold form steel manufacturer
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage both inbound inquiries and outbound prospecting
Target general contractors, distributors, engineers, and designers
Qualify leads and book discovery meetings
Maintain and update CRM (HubSpot)
Collaborate with marketing on scripts and sales messaging
Participate in virtual client meetings via Microsoft Teams
Achieve KPIs based on pipeline value and meetings booked
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales development or outbound SDR role
Familiarity with the U.S. construction market is required
Proficient with tools like HubSpot CRM, Microsoft Teams, and calling apps (e.g., OpenPhone)
Tech-savvy and highly self-motivated
Excellent English communication skills
Strong desire to learn and become an expert in our system
