If so, Mamaya Health seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager to serve as an ambassador,
champion, and front-facing team member to prospective employees, representing our
mission, vision, and values and demonstrating a dedication to successfully recruiting
team members who are committed to creating greater access to mental healthcare.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing
recruitment strategies, overseeing the entire recruitment process, and ensuring we
attract and hire the best talent that aligns with Mamaya’s goals and culture.
Job Duties + Functions:
● Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet organizational needs.
● Oversee recruitment process and procedure (e.g. recruit applicants, process
applications, recruitment communication pieces, etc.).
● Track recruitment metrics/KPI’s (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire).
● Implement traditional (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) & new sourcing methods (e.g.
social media recruiting).
● Act as a resource and provide interviewing techniques and guidance for hiring
managers.
● Conduct informational/phone screen interviews.
● Make hiring recommendations to the Leadership Team.
● Help create and maintain updated job descriptions.
● Prepare and send offer letters to desired candidates.
● Recommend strategies to help attract candidates.
● Coordinate with Leadership Team members to forecast future hiring needs.
● Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform team members about changes in
regulations.
● Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR
professionals, colleges, and other partners.
● Collaborate with the HR/People team to ensure a seamless process from
recruiting to interviewing to onboarding for new employees.
● Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
● Other duties as assigned and agreed upon in advance by all parties involved.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational
Psychology or relevant field preferred
● Minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment.
● Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
● Experience using social media for the purpose of attracting talent.
● Experience working and conducting interviews in a remote work environment.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to inclusivity
and cultural humility.
● Strong self-accountability and autonomy.
